1. Service

We create personalized laser engravings on various materials including glass, wood, acrylic, leather, and metal. You provide the design or text, we engrave it for you.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed when payment is received
• Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱)
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments

3. Your Designs

• You must own or have permission to use any designs you send us
• We won't engrave offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
• We'll help you create custom designs if needed

4. Production & Quality

• Standard orders take 2-3 business days
• Rush orders available at extra cost
• We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Pick up from our workshop (free)
• Delivery available in Metro Manila (extra cost)
• Check your order before accepting delivery

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Changes after we start may cost extra
• Cancellations after work begins have a fee
• We'll fix any quality issues for free
